The villa is situated in
a quiet residential location less than 30
minutes from Orlando International Airport and
approx one hour from Sanford International
Airport. Situated
just 4.5 miles (10 minutes drive) west of Walt
Disney World and near most of the other Central
Florida attractions, the villa is located on the
Lindfields estate which remains one of the most
popular and sought after areas for holiday
makers to central Florida.
Featuring wide, easy to
navigate roads and large plot sizes, Lindfields
has a spacious open feel, and also has a very
friendly and neighbourly ambiance.
Added to which, it is extremely well lit at
night, and is regarded as a particularly safe
area in which to stay.
Being just 10 minutes drive from the main
entrance to Walt Disney World, yet with the
advantage of a secret shortcut to avoid the
traffic at busy times of the day, Lindfields is
a welcome and peaceful retreat from all the
hustle and bustle just a few miles down the
road.
There is a huge selection of smaller
attractions, shops, diners and restaurants
approximately a mile away, so you will easily
find something to suit all tastes and pockets,
when it comes to eating out or bending the
plastic on a shopping spree.
For the more sporty, the Orange Lake Country
Club, which is a mere ˝ mile away from the
entrance to Lindfields, provides a challenging
and immaculately maintained golf course, and is
just one of over a dozen championship courses
available to you within a 30 minute radius of
the estate. |

Picadilly is an extremely luxurious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa which is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. There are two spacious master bedroom suites both with ensuite facilities, king size beds, large wardrobes, TV and DVD players. One master suite also enjoys direct access to the pool. The remaining three large bedrooms consist of one double and two twin rooms.
The living room is of large open plan design complete with luxury furnishings, Cable TV and DVD player for your comfort and pleasure. There is also a formal dining area which leads through to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience and has an informal dining area and adjoining laundry room.
The entire villa has been recently refurbished to an extremely high standard and contains all the facilities to make you holiday that little bit more pleasureable.
The villa is meticulously cleaned before arrival, and the pool and garden area are maintained regularly. There are also security and fire detection systems, and a double garage for the secure parking of cars.

After spending a day at one of Florida’s many attractions, the pool area is a perfect place to relax. Picadilly has its own secluded 35ft swimming pool (electric heating is also available during the cooler months at an additional cost) and separate spa. The pool is surrounded by a large patio area with sun loungers, patio furniture and BBQ for your private use ~ the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.
Finally we have tried to provide everything that you are likely to need at the villa. Two sets of keys are sent to you prior to departure, together with directions and general information notes. However, in the event that a problem arises during your stay, our management company will be pleased to assist you in any way possible.

| Within 10 minutes of the villa your fantasies and dreams will come alive at Walt Disney World, which includes The Magic Kingdom, Epcot Centre, Disney MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, River Country, Blizzard Beach and Discovery Island. Apart from Disney attractions, there are many more action packed theme and water parks such as Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios, Universal Islands of Adventure, Busch Gardens and the Kennedy Space Centre. Alternatively, warm waters lapping on white sandy beaches offer a different dimension and a chance to relax and sunbathe. Within an hour to the West are the calm waters of the Gulf Coast, while to the East is the sparkling surf of the Atlantic Coast and the world famous Daytona Beach. Whatever your taste, you will find it here! |

Florida is a golfers paradise, with numerous golf courses for dedicated golfers and newcomers alike.
Whether you participate or are a spectator, the local visitors centre can supply details of all the possible sporting facilities including the excellent fishing, sailing and horse riding and the more unusual sports such as scuba diving, jet skiing, hot air ballooning, rodeos and many more besides.

paradise with everything from designer malls to
discount outlet centres with something for every
taste and budget. Restaurants and bars are
numerous, and within 5 minutes of Picadilly you
will find huge selection plus a local
supermarket. There is also two Wal Mart
Supercentres a short drive away. |
